“As long as there are a few farmers out there, we’ll keep fighting for them”.

On Monday 5 May, we had the pleasure of welcoming Asmahan zein, CEO of Ardi Ardak, to our family farm (H Farmlands) as part of our ongoing collaboration on the intercropping project we launched together in April 2024 with the invaluable support of the Environment and Sustainable Development Unit (ESDU), this initiative aims to optimize land use while demonstrating how farmers and landowners can enhance production and increase their income through crop diversification.
This visit comes after an exceptionally challenging year for the agricultural sector. The devastating war severely impacted production, leaving us farmers struggling to rebuild and regain stability. Despite these hardships, we remain steadfast in our belief that agriculture must remain at the heart of our focus.

The ESDU Unit, in partnership with Ardi Ardak, has developed an outstanding model that we are committed to refining, expanding, and sharing with those who believe in the future of sustainable farming. Together, we will continue to support farmers and landowners in their journey toward resilience and growth.
