Lebanon’s agricultural sector continues to face significant challenges, with a fragmented supply chain placing a heavy burden on farmers. We are hopeful that the new initiatives led by His Excellency Minister of Agriculture, Nizar Hani Ph.D, will provide much-needed support and drive positive change.
We commend the resilience and determination of farmers and landowners who, despite the many obstacles they face, continue to persevere. Today, our client, H Farmlands, has begun harvesting apricots, with hopes of strong yields and favorable prices to help offset the losses caused by last year’s conflicts.
